"Bad customer services, very rude chef"

Bad customer services, very rude chef. Sent back a steak twice as it wasn't how I ordered it. Was rudely shouted at by the chef in a packed restaurant telling me I was wrong and that the steak he said he cooked was perfect! Well, he didn't taste it! The manger offered a refund and the chef tried to over rule him..
