"Erratic Customer Service"

A review of Swinton (Insurance) by Disgruntled written on Thursday 31st of January 2013

Called as a brand new customer who recently purchased Insurance on line and needed to speak with local branch.

Ist impression terrible telephone manner, obviously busy but not even able to slow down in speed of speech to say "very busy can we take number and call you back " !!! to the point I asked for it to be repeated as I still could not understand what had been said.

Need to be a little nore customer friendly when receiving incoming calls !!! .
